1kW Double Cavity FM Broadcasting Filter

Strong, durable and high performance FM broadcasting double cavity filter. The outer casing is made of strong gauge aluminium and the internal tuning lines are silver plated to keep surface resistance low and Q factor very high. All insulators are made from PTFE.

Both internal tuning lines and internal coupling are variable, this allows many tuning variations and bandwidths. On a crowded transmitter or tower site this level of adjustment and tuning can be vital to prevent those nasty spurs appearing on the airband.

This model is available with N type or DIN 716 connectors fitted. The N type version is rated at 800W and the DIN 716 version at 1kW. If you don't have the equipment to tune this, that's okay, send your frequency to us when you order and we will set it up for standard 200 KHz wide FM broadcast signal so you can use it right out of the box on delivery.
