Please contact us before you return any goods, we can often resolve your problems with advice or technical support from our staff.
In the event of goods being returned, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation email, despatch confirmation email or the sales invoice and a completed copy of the returns form.
Where possible, the goods should be returned in the original packaging and returned using a fully trackable / insured service. Please note that you, the customer, shall be responsible for the item until it is signed for by a member of staff at Aareff Transmission Systems .
Aareff Transmission Systems cannot be held liable for any goods being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Any product returned that is not covered under warranty will be liable to the following:-
Inspection charges, parts and labour and all postage costs, these must be paid for in full before return of the item.
Any item repaired and not paid for in full within 90 days will be sold to re-cooperate any costs incurred by Aareff Transmission Systems .
